I realize that my last post was about Twilight, and I apologize, but when I found this article on Perez Hilton's page I almost fell off my chair.
In the article Mr. Hilton writes that the new director for New Moon, Chris Weitz , doesn't think Taylor Lautner has what it takes to play the werewolf in the sequel. Instead of Taylor they want 26 year old Michael Copon to play Jacob. Sorry, but in the book isn't Jacob a sophomore in high school? I don't think a 26 year old will cut it. However, Summit hasn't decided on what to do about Jacob yet, so nothings official!! In hopes of playing Jacob, Copon has changed his Facebook status to things such as, "Michael Copon is in the Twilight Zone!"
"He doesn't know what he is talking about. HE'S NOT JACOB BLACK!" Kelsey Meyer, a twilight fan, said.
Obviously, fans want Taylor to stay. It could change people's opinion on the movie. Everyone I've talked to about Twilight said that they loved Taylor Lautner! Please Mr. Wietz, let Taylor stay!

TAYLOR LAUTNER IS THE HOTTEST GUY ON THE CAST! he is also a really good actor... no way this new director guy can just come and say, "i dont think that Taylor Lautner can play Jacob, i dont care that he was in the first movie!" Nooooo way!!!! Summit has to decide to keep TAYLOR LAUTNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ALL ALREADY KNOW HIM AS JACOB BLACK!!!! HE IS THE SECOND HEART-THROB ON THE CAST... i think he is the 1st but lots of more girls say its edward (robert pattinson) because he was seen more... and thats another thing, we didnt even get to see Taylor alot in the 1st movie!!!!!!!!!! He never got a chance to show his true werewolf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Umm..hey not a huge fan of the guy playing jacob blackas in Taylor Lautner, but ladies if you recall in new moon he does grow more than 6 feet and definately looks a lot older and if im not mistaken...there is no real mention that he goes to high school...so ill put it this way taylor lautner maybe be good looking but for this sequel maybe not the best- this guy con or watever seems to look like the jacob black that has just turned from being anormal teenager into an actual man- he does keep growing! So ladies dont diss the guy give him a chance to prove himself and as far as im concerned even though he has said that he is in the twilight zone and you think he doesnt know wat he is talkign abt ull be suprised at the fact of how many of the characters in the actual movie do...

The director guy has confirmed that Taylor Lautner IS going to play Jacob Black in all the movies.Taylor said it himself in an Access Hollywood interview.
Ok so like they really need to keep Taylor on!!! I mean have you SEEN him!!! He's Freakin gorgeous!!! Not to mention that he looks like someone who would be dating bella. This cup guy or whatever cant even pass as a 16 year old!!! Cuz i mean HELLLOOOOOO, jacob is supposed to be 16 in new moon!!! Even though he is supposed to grow into like this huge "monster" like 6 ft or whatever. He's still the best candidate for new moon and seriously if he isnt in new moon there ill be like NO point in watching it. Also like i hate it when theres one actor playing a role in the first movie and the for the sequel its a completely different person.....it makes no sense!! Ok so like he was only on a couple of scenes BUT STILL...!!! Idt that ppl would like it very much if they all of a sudden thought that Robert Pattinson was the wrong guy to play Edward (god forbid!!), so why do it with taylor?! NO!!! I say we keep his sexy butt on till they do the last movie!!! So PLZ ppl who work on the twilight saga movie set; directors, casting ppl and all KEEP TAYLOR LAUTNER ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taylor is wayyy better for the part. I have seen Michael Copon in One Tree Hill and i think that he could be a MUCH better actor. Taylor is perfect for the part and im not just saying that because hes hot. Im saying this because its true. So leave Taylor, k? Thanks(:
